协同治理理论下高职院校"一站式"学生社区建设的逻辑和路径

摘要
传统的高校学生管理服务工作已无法满足现代化高校治理体系和治理能力的要求,众多高校开始尝试构建"一站式"学生社区,也取得了一定的育人成效.但当前我国高职院校在探索构建"一站式"学生社区的过程中仍存在诸多问题,文章立足于当前高职院校学生管理服务工作的特点与不足,结合协同治理理论,通过两所高职院校的个案观察,分析协同治理理论与高校学生社区综合管理的内在契合性和应用价值,以期为高职院校学生社区综合管理实践和协同育人路径提供新的思路和方法.
Abstract
Traditional student management services in universities are no longer able to meet the requirements of modem university governance systems and capabilities.Many universities have begun to try to build a"one-stop"student community,and have also achieved certain educational results.However,there are still many problems in the process of exploring the construction of a"one-stop"student community in vocational colleges in China.Based on the characteristics and shortcomings of current student management services in vocational colleges,this article combines collaborative governance theory and analyzes the inherent compatibility and application value of collaborative governance theory and comprehensive management of university student communities through case observations in two vocational colleges,to provide new ideas and methods for the practice of comprehensive community management and collaborative education of vocational college students.
