Research on the Path of specialized innovation integration in Universities Based on UTAUT Model
The deep integration of specialty and innovation is an important measure to improve the quality of talent cultivation and the difficult point of comprehensive reform in higher education.Based on a questionnaire survey,the article uses the UTAUT model to analyze the factors of students'learning willingness and the relationship between specialty and innovation.The results show that the resource quality of discipline specialty,the effort expectation of students,the influence of social environment and the convenience of universities have a great impact on learning willingness;The innovation-entrepreneurship curriculum system,practice platforms and individual differences have the moderator effect.Universities can strengthen specialized innovation integration and promote the reform of higher education by improving the curriculum system and the practice platforms,respecting the individual differences of students.
