摘要
随着时代的发展,高职院校医学人才的培育定位越来越明确,即面向基层农村培养"下得去、留得住、用得上"的高素质实用型人才,既要求医德高尚、又要求理论扎实和技能过硬.文章结合南阳医学高等专科学校人才培养工作开展实际,在总结既往"知识、能力、素质"三维角度的基础上,以"三全育人"为引领,打造知识维度、能力维度、素质维度和时间维度的"四维立体式"人才培养,探索符合基层医疗卫生岗位需求的人才培养新模式.
Abstract
With the development of the times,the cultivation positioning of medical talents in vocational colleges is becoming increasingly clear,that is,to cultivate high-quality practical talents who can go down,stay,and be used in grassroots rural areas.This requires not only noble medical ethics,but also solid theoretical knowledge and strong skills.Based on the actual talent cultivation work of Nanyang Medical College,this article summarizes the three-dimensional perspectives of"knowledge,ability,and quality"in the past,and takes"comprehensive education"as the guide to create a"four-dimensional three-dimensional"talent cultivation in the dimensions of knowledge,ability,quality,and time,exploring new talent cultivation models that meet the needs of grassroots medical and health positions.
