Exploration of the Training Path for Innovative Technical and Skilled Talents in Mechanical Engineering in Higher Vocational Education
Currently,China is accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,but the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry still faces problems such as weak innovation capabilities and insufficient guarantee of technical and skilled personnel.The article examines the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative technical and skilled talents in higher vocational mechanical majors,analyzes the training path of innovative technical and skilled talents in higher vocational mechanical majors,and proposes targeted training measures for innovative technical and skilled talents in higher vocational mechanical majors,including building a cultural system for innovation and entrepreneurship with mechanical characteristics,constructing a curriculum system for innovation and entrepreneurship in mechanical majors,and constructing a full chain innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.This provides a reference for the cultivation of innovative technical and skilled talents in higher vocational mechanical education.
