基于工程教育认证理念提升人才培养质量——以中南大学能源与动力工程专业为例

工程教育认证是我国高等院校教育质量检测评估系统中的重要组成部分,为提升专业人才培养质量提供了明确的方向和途径。文章基于工程教育专业认证理念,深入剖析了中南大学能源与动力工程专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,旨在构建"需求导向+知识构建+能力养成"三位一体协同人才培养体系。为此,学校采取了一系列措施,包括:贯彻以学生为中心的教育理念、深化教学组织建设、加强工程实践能力培养、推行教学内容和方法改革、完善课程考核方式,以及建立教学质量持续改进机制。这些举措在人才培养方面取得了显著成效,对培养面向未来能源动力领域亟须的人才具有重要意义。
Improving the Quality of Talent Training Based on the Concept of Engineering Education Certification——Take South Central University Energy and Power Engineering Major as an example
Engineering education certification is an important component of the quality inspection and evaluation system for higher education in China,providing a clear direction and approach to improve the quality of professional talent cultivation.This article is based on the concept of engineering education professional certification,and deeply analyzes the problems in the talent cultivation process of Energy and Power Engineering at Central South University.The aim is to build a collaborative talent cultivation system of"demand orientation+knowledge construction+ability cultivation".To this end,a series of measures have been taken,including implementing the student-centered education concept,deepening teaching organization construction,strengthening engineering practice ability cultivation,promoting teaching content and method reform,improving curriculum assessment methods,and establishing a mechanism for continuous improvement of teaching quality.These measures have achieved significant results in talent cultivation and are of great significance for cultivating urgently needed talents in the field of energy and power for the future.
