Cultivating Interdisciplinary Talents for Library Information and Archives Management under the Background of New Liberal Arts
This study is based on the background of"New Liberal Arts"and focuses on interdisciplinary talent cultivation projects such as dual bachelor's degree compound talent cultivation projects,micro major projects,and honors and minor programs.Based on the introduction of the basic situation of the projects,the construction experience is summarized,and strategies for interdisciplinary talent cultivation in library and information and archive management majors are explored.Research has found that the talent cultivation goals of the above-mentioned projects are oriented towards practical needs,and interdisciplinary talents are cultivated through multi college cooperation and the establishment of interdisciplinary course groups;And put forward four suggestions:refining the goals of interdisciplinary talent cultivation,constructing a systematic interdisciplinary curriculum system,forming interdisciplinary teaching teams,and building an interdisciplinary teaching resource database,aiming to provide reference for the interdisciplinary talent cultivation of library and information and archive management majors.
