Design and Construction of Virtual Simulation Experiment for Submarine Topography Detection
Marine science is a discipline that combines science and engineering, and its practicality is strong. However, the practice of marine science majors is costly,time-consuming,and risky, resulting in short practice time and poor practical experience for students. Therefore,it is necessary to build a virtual simulation experimental platform to improve students'experimental and practical teaching. The article is based on the teaching outline and training plan of marine science courses at China University of Geosciences(Wuhan),using virtual simulation technology to carry out the construction of virtual simulation experiments for seabed topography and geomorphology detection.Virtual simulation experiments such as ocean survey ships, seabed topography detection, and seabed topography detection are constructed to stimulate students'enthusiasm and initiative in participating in experimental teaching,so as to enhance students'practical ability and ability to solve practical problems.
