Teaching Practice for Computational Thinking Training——A case study on the harmonic pulse in the dynamic response of SDOF system
Computational thinking is a research hotspot in the current information technology education.Civil engineering is a relatively traditional major, and its main courses are mathematics, mechanics and structural courses. It is of great significance to carry out teaching exploration to cultivate computational thinking in the teaching process and emphasize the comprehensive application of learned knowledge. This article takes the harmonic impulse dynamic response of a single degree of freedom system as an example to discuss. The moment is analyzed when the dynamic response peak of SDOF system appears, and is discussed in the relationship between the period and pulse period of the SDOF system and the structural response.Help students correctly understand the impact of pulse period on structural dynamic response, and integrate computational thinking into students'knowledge learning and problem solving, and raise learning goals appropriately, thereby achieving the purpose of cultivating students'computational thinking.
