Organic Chemistry is a professional basic course for pharmacy related majors,but many years of teaching practice found that many students have difficulty in concepts understanding of chemistry and lack of interest.POE teaching strategy was used in the teaching of Organic Chemistry.Before class,this strategy was used to collect students'ideas and judgment ability of some related concepts.In the course,organic chemistry was combined with life and profession,and the corresponding video demonstration suitable for POE strategy was made for classroom teaching.The practice has proved that this strategy is helpful to improve students'concentration,learning interest and understanding ability.
