公安院校法学课程中技能与知识整合的策略研究

摘要
当前社会发展和法治建设的新形势,对我国法学人才培养和法学学科发展提出了更高的要求,也为公安院校法学教育建设创造了难能可贵的改革机遇.学员不仅要掌握扎实的法律理论知识,还需要具备熟练的实践操作技能,以及解决实际法律问题的能力.文章介绍了现行公安院校法学课程的概况、当前公安院校法学教育中技能与知识整合的现状与挑战,探讨了公安院校中技能与知识整合的重要性,提出了几种有效的整合策略,以期为公安院校的未来发展提供有益参考.
Abstract
The new situation of current social development and rule of law construction has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of legal talents and the development of legal disciplines in China,and has also created valuable reform opportunities for the construction of legal education in public security colleges.Students not only need to master solid legal theoretical knowledge,but also need to have proficient practical operation skills and the ability to solve practical legal problems.This article introduces the overview of current law courses in public security colleges,the current situation and challenges of integrating skills and knowledge in law education in public security colleges,explores the importance of integrating skills and knowledge in public security colleges,and proposes several effective integration strategies to provide useful references for the future development of public security colleges.
