摘要
本科生导师制在一定程度上对促进高校附属教学医院青年医师教研能力的提升具有重要意义.文章首先介绍了本科生导师制的实施方案,随后重点论述了本科生导师制在提升青年医师教研能力方面的作用机制,包括提升师道自觉性、教学研相长、课题驱动;并剖析了其中应注意的问题,以期为进一步推广和完善本科生导师制提供参考.
Abstract
To a certain extent,the undergraduate tutorial system is of great significance in promoting young doctors'teaching and research ability in teaching hospitals affiliated to colleges and universities.This paper first introduces the implementation plan of the undergraduate tutorial system,then focuses on its mechanism of improving young doctors'teaching and research ability,including enhancing their teaching consciousness;teaching,learning and researching boost together;and research program-driven development.It also analyzes some problems that should be paid attention to.This paper aims to provide reference for further promotion and improvement of undergraduate tutorial system.
