党的二十大报告指出,"立德树人"是高校建设的根本任务,高校要想完成教书育人的重要使命,必须落实研究生导师立德树人职责,实现对研究生的思想塑造、行为引导和价值引领.围绕这一目标,高校须提升研究生导师的基本素质,从政治素质过硬、师德师风高尚、业务素质精湛三个维度开展导师队伍建设,结合高校研究生教育特点,完善机制制度、优化导师遴选和加大导师能力培训,以推动落实立德树人根本任务.
Abstract
The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that"cultivating morality and fostering talents"is the fundamental task of university construction.To fulfill the important mission of teaching and educating people,universities must implement the responsibility of postgraduate tutors to cultivate morality and foster talents,and realize the ideological shaping,behavior guidance,and value guidance of postgraduates.To achieve this goal,universities must improve the basic quality of postgraduate tutors,carry out the construction of tutor team from three dimensions:excellent political quality,noble teacher ethics,and excellent professional quality.Combined with the characteristics of postgraduate education in universities,improve the mechanism and system,optimize the selection of tutors,and increase the ability training of tutors,so as to promote the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and fostering talents.
