Teacher motivation is an important component of internal governance in schools,and a scientific and effective incentive mechanism is an effective way to stimulate teachers'internal motivation,to promote their personal growth,and to achieve organizational goals.This article takes journal literature as the research object,and uses visualization software to visually present the origin,evolution,and research trends of domestic teacher motivation research,demonstrating econometric characteristics.Through research,it has been found that the annual publication volume remains stable after a significant increase,and a core author group has not yet formed.Apart from that,there is no stable cross college or cross regional cooperative relationship between research institutions.It also indicates that research hotspots such as factors influencing teacher motivation,strategy research,theoretical research,and incentive effect research are gradually emerging.Future research on teacher motivation should broaden research horizons and explore research depth.
