摘要
2020年以来,"内卷"一词火爆于各类媒体平台,"只要卷不死,就往死里卷""卷王""万物皆可卷"等话语成为大学生的口头禅,以宣泄学习压力、学历焦虑、就业恐惧,其实他们已陷入一种内卷情绪.文章在了解大学生内卷情绪现状的基础上,分析内卷情绪产生的原因包括认知偏差、网络影响、学风走偏,并从引导正确人生观、及时进行心理疏导、重视人文关怀、教育与时俱进四个方面探析内卷情绪的消解路径.
Abstract
Since 2020,the term"involution"has become popular on various media platforms.Words such as"if you don't die,roll to death","roll king",and"everything can be rolled"have become the catchphrases of college students to vent their academic pressure,academic anxiety,and employment fear.In fact,they have fallen into a state of involution.On the basis of understanding the current situation of college students'internal competition emotions,this article analyzes the reasons for the emergence of internal competition emotions,including cognitive bias,network influence,and deviation in academic style.It also explores the pathways for resolving internal competition emotions from four aspects:guiding a correct outlook on life,timely psychological counseling,valuing humanistic care,and education keeping pace with the times.
