"一窗式"学生服务大厅综合管理模式实践

"一窗式"服务大厅是北京航空航天大学在推进教育部"一站式服务"学生综合管理模式建设过程中的创新成果,是学校机构改革过程中贯彻"服务育人"理念、落实"三全育人"要求的重要举措。"一窗式"服务大厅是高校学生事务管理工作的创新路径,更是高校坚持"以学生为中心"和"尊重学生个性化发展"的生动实践。文章通过对北京航空航天大学"一站式服务"的实践经验进行分析与总结,为我国高校"一站式服务"学生综合管理模式建设提供合理性建议与参考,多措并举推进高校学生事务管理工作高质量发展,逐步探索形成一站式集成、网格化管理、精细化服务、信息化支撑的综合管理模式,从而培养出有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗的新时代青年。
Practice of Comprehensive Management Model for"One Window"Student Service Hall
The"One Window"Service Hall is an innovative achievement of Beihang University in promoting the construction of the"One Stop Service"student comprehensive management model by the Ministry of Education.It is an important measure to implement the"Service Education"concept and the"Three Comprehensive Education"requirements in the process of school institutional reform.The"one window"service hall is an innovative path for the management of student affairs in universities,and it is also a vivid practice of universities adhering to"student-centered"and"respecting personalized development of students".The article analyzes and summarizes the practical experience of"one-stop service"at Beihang University,providing reasonable suggestions and references for the construction of the comprehensive management model of"one-stop service"for students in Chinese universities.Multiple measures are taken to promote the high-quality development of student affairs management in universities,gradually exploring the formation of a comprehensive management model with one-stop integration,grid management,refined services,and information support,in order to cultivate a comprehensive management model with ideals Young people of the new era who dare to take responsibility,can endure hardship,and are willing to work hard.
