Research on the Current Situation,Problems,and Countermeasures of Guizhou Province's University Graduates Staying in Guizhou
Due to the relatively lagging economic development in Guizhou Province,compared with developed areas,there are relatively fewer employment opportunities,which makes it difficult for many university graduates to find jobs.Although the Guizhou provincial government has introduced a series of entrepreneurship support policies,due to restrictions in market environment,funds,experience,and other aspects,many university graduates'entrepreneurial plans are difficult to implement.By studying the recent changes in recruitment demands of enterprises in Guizhou Province,the number of graduates,changes in job market demands,the match between job positions and majors for students staying in Guizhou universities,and changes in salary and benefits,this paper analyzes the employment status and existing problems of Guizhou university graduates.It aims to comprehensively understand the employment situation and challenges,deeply investigate the causes and influencing factors of these problems,including the quality of higher education,the structure of majors,and employment services.Moreover,targeted measures and strategies are proposed,such as strengthening employment-oriented education in universities,improving the employment service system,promoting industrial structural adjustments,and enhancing support for entrepreneurship and innovation.The implementation and practical application of the research findings are advocated to facilitate continuous improvement in the employment of Guizhou university graduates who choose to stay in Guizhou.
