基于"四个评价"探究高职人才培养状态数据采集与管理

全国职业高等院校人才培养工作状态数据采集与管理平台作为教育部职成司主导的办学质量评价方式,已实施了 12年,其应用广泛,较为全面地反映了职业院校的办学质量。文章从"四个评价"的视角分析数据采集与管理平台评价现状,并提出完善职业院校质量评价制度设计、加强职业院校质量评价标准建设、推进职业院校评价人员专业化建设等改革建议,以期完善这一教育评价方式,提升院校总体质量。
Explore the Evaluation Method by the Data Platform of Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges Focusing on the"4-Evaluation"
The National Vocational College Talent Training Work Status Data Collection and Management Platform,as a quality evaluation method led by the Vocational Education Department of the Ministry of Education,has been implemented for 12 years and has been widely used,comprehensively reflecting the quality of vocational colleges.The article analyzes the current situation of data collection and management platform evaluation from the perspective of"four evaluations",and proposes reform suggestions such as improving the design of quality evaluation system for vocational colleges,strengthening the construction of quality evaluation standards for vocational colleges,and promoting the professionalization of evaluation personnel in vocational colleges,in order to improve this educational evaluation method and enhance the overall quality of colleges.
