课堂教学对于研究生素质及能力培养具有先导和引领的作用。教师在课堂教学中要发挥主导作用,围绕培养目标,按照探究式、体验式、互动式、讨论式、溯源式等教学模式,将教学内容按照理论知识的形成过程设计为问题链、思维链,实现以学生为主体的课堂教学过程。将硕士研究生的思想素质培养、创新思维培养、研究能力培养、团队精神培养与课堂教学内容融合为一体,使课堂教学成为提高硕士研究生思想素质及创新能力的重要途径。
Research on Classroom Teaching and Evaluation Methods for Master's Students in the New Era
Classroom teaching plays a leading and guiding role in cultivating the quality and abilities of graduate students.Teachers should play a leading role in classroom teaching,and design teaching content into problem chains and thinking chains based on the formation process of theoretical knowledge according to teaching modes such as inquiry based,experiential,interactive,discussion based,and traceability based on the training objectives,to achieve a student-centered classroom teaching process.Integrating the cultivation of ideological quality,innovative thinking,research ability,team spirit,and classroom teaching content for master's students,making classroom teaching an important way to improve their ideological quality and innovative ability.
