面对近年来公共事业管理专业学生就业率偏低,高校撤销该专业数较多的现实窘境,如何进一步提升学生的应用能力,以满足社会对应用型人才的需求,在当下尤显迫切和必要。公共事业管理专业核心课程间内容重叠,课程内容理论偏重偏多,不仅浪费了学生的学习时间,也对教师的教学形成了制约,影响了对学生应用能力的培养。为此,文章通过对专业核心课程内容的整合、优化,凸显课程体系的系统性,突出课程内容的前瞻性,注重教学内容的实务性,重视考核方式的辅助性,使学生掌握更多实用、实务性的知识和技能,不失为提升学生应用能力的有效之举。
The Integration,Optimization and Practice of the Core Courses Content in Public Affairs Management Major——Based on the perspective of application-oriented personnel training
Faced with the low employment rate of students majoring in public utility management in recent years and the reality of many universities withdrawing this major,it is particularly urgent and necessary to further enhance the application ability of students to meet the demand for applied talents in society.The core courses of public utility management major overlap in content,with too much emphasis on theoretical content.This not only wastes students'learning time,but also restricts teachers'teaching and affects the cultivation of students'application abilities.To this end,the article integrates and optimizes the content of core professional courses,highlighting the systematic nature of the curriculum system,the forward-looking nature of course content,emphasizing the practicality of teaching content,and emphasizing the auxiliary nature of assessment methods,so that students can master more practical and practical knowledge and skills,which is an effective way to enhance their application ability.
