Research on Strategies for Cultivating Practical Abilities of Mathematics Normal College Students under the Background of Professional Certification
The certification of normal education majors provides new assistance in improving the quality of teacher education student training.By combining the requirements of professional certification standards with the training requirements of mathematics teacher trainees,it can be clarified that the practical ability of mathematics normal students consists of the ability to practice teacher ethics,teaching ability,educational ability,and development ability.Universities should adhere to the concepts of obeying the positioning of local universities,obeying the overall trend of basic education development,and obeying the characteristics of mathematics talent cultivation disciplines.By conducting systematic competitions and tests,building and utilizing practical bases on campus,and conducting extracurricular practical activities,they can cultivate the practical abilities of mathematics normal students,improve the quality of mathematics education professional talent cultivation,and lay a solid foundation for building a high-level basic education mathematics teacher team.
