The Construction and Application of the"One Body,Two Wings,Three Sections"Double Teacher Classroom Teaching Model
In recent years,dual teacher teaching,as a new teaching model,has important guiding significance and application value for guiding the old with the new,promoting the old with the new,and forming a training community.The article is based on the second foreign language Japanese course,exploring the construction and application practice of the"one body,two wings,and three sections"dual teacher teaching model.This model is student-centered,with dual teachers(skilled and novice teachers)as the two wings.It is divided into three stages of interaction and process:pre class collaborative lesson preparation,in class division of labor teaching,and post class feedback and communication.By leveraging the collaborative cooperation of the dual teachers,students are motivated to achieve the dual goal of"growing teachers and achieving students".Furthermore,a deep analysis of the dual teacher classroom teaching model and interaction strategy using Japanese as a second foreign language is conducted.
