慕课环境下虚实结合的分子生物学实验教学改革探索

摘要
分子生物学是一门与生活各方面联系紧密的学科,分子生物学实验则是将理论所学应用于现实生活中的重要手段.为达到分子生物学实验学以致用的教学目的和建设服务地方经济发展的应用型本科高校的办学目标,文章针对实验教学过程及方式进行改革探索.采用慕课平台配合实验室实体教学及虚拟仿真教学,初步建立"虚实"结合的分子生物学实验教学模式,弥补实体实验室教学项目的短板;同时采用过程性考核评价,逐步将学生课堂所学知识与技能实践综合.
Abstract
Molecular biology is a discipline that is closely related to all aspects of life,in order to realize the teaching purpose of experiments on principles of molecular biology and genetic engineering,a"virtual-real"combination of molecular biology teaching experiment model has been initially established by using MOOCs platform to cooperate with laboratory physical teaching and virtual simulation teaching,which has optimized experimental teaching projects of physical laboratory and improved and formed a procedural assessment and evaluation system.It achieves the teaching goal of integrating the knowledge and skills learned in class to solve practical problems.
