A Study on Strategies for Cultivating Spatial Imagination in Primary School Students
The establishment of"graphics and geometry"in primary school helps to develop students'spatial imagination and mathematical literacy, and helps them fully understand the spatial world. However,in practical teaching, students'spatial imagination performance is not ideal, and how to better improve this ability has become a question that teachers must consider. The article is based on the problems of insufficient cognition, limited spatial imagination, insufficient understanding, and perceptual bias in primary school students'spatial imagination.Starting from five aspects:context,transformation,hands-on,thinking,and technology,it proposes strategies to optimize the cultivation of primary school students'spatial imagination,in order to improve their mathematical literacy, enhance their innovative ability, and mathematical thinking. The aim is to improve the quality of mathematics teaching for teachers and promote the reform of mathematics curriculum teaching.
