"十三五"以来,我国学前教育发展迅速,学前教育教师队伍建设取得瞩目成就。建设一支高质量学前教育教师队伍是国家顶层设计的必然要求,是教师专业发展的必然目标,是教育依法治理的必然趋势。当前,学前教育师资队伍建设仍面临很多挑战,为此需建设学前教育师资队伍的管理体制、优化学前教育师资队伍的投入机制、完善学前教育师资队伍的任用机制、创新学前教育师资队伍的竞争机制,以完善和优化学前教育师资队伍建设的体制和机制,推进学前教育教师队伍建设高质量发展。
Research on the System and Mechanism of Building a Teacher Team for Preschool Education
Since the 13th Five Year Plan,China's preschool education has developed rapidly,and the construction of the preschool education teacher team has achieved remarkable achievements.Building a high-quality preschool education teacher team is an inevitable requirement of the country's top-level design,an inevitable goal of teacher professional development,and an inevitable trend of legal governance in education.At present,the construction of preschool education teaching staff still faces many challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a management system for preschool education teaching staff,optimize the investment mechanism of preschool education teaching staff,improve the appointment mechanism of preschool education teaching staff,innovate the competition mechanism of preschool education teaching staff,in order to improve and optimize the system and mechanism of preschool education teaching staff construction,and promote the high-quality development of preschool education teaching staff construction.
