A Study on the Skill Enhancement of"Craftsman Type"Teachers Led by the Skill Master StudioTaking Automotive Repair as an Example
This article takes the automotive repair profession as an example to explore the role of skill master studios in leading the skill improvement of"craftsman type"teachers.Through the analysis of the professional abilities of automotive repair teachers,we found that their professional skills and teaching abilities are key factors in improving teaching quality and student learning outcomes.And the Skills Master Studio can provide a platform for automotive repair teachers to practice and exchange learning,helping them improve their own skills and thus improve the quality of teaching.This article will elaborate on the specific measures and implementation effects of the Skills Master Studio.
