Research on the Application of Mind Maps in the Course of Plant Physiology
Mind mapping is an effective learning tool that plays a crucial role in helping students develop a deep understanding of course material and enhance their problem-solving skills. However,Plant Physiology, being a fundamental course, often poses difficulties for students to grasp and comprehend promptly using traditional teaching methods. This is primarily due to the presence of scattered knowledge points and complex concepts, resulting in a decline in students'interest in learning and hampering their comprehensive understanding and application of the course material. This paper aims to analyze the impact of implementing Thinking Maps in the teaching of Plant Physiology at the university level. It explores whether this approach enhances students'learning outcomes and cultivates their critical thinking and innovation abilities.By assessing the current teaching practices in Plant Physiology, highlighting the advantages of using Thinking maps as a teaching tool, and examining specific applications of this method in the context of Plant Physiology, this study seeks to shed light on its effectiveness in facilitating student learning and fostering their intellectual growth.
