Objective:To explore the effectiveness of SimMan3G clinical comprehensive training course reform based on the OBE concept.Method:Class 1 and Class 2 of the 2021 College Entrance Examination were selected as the control group and observation group.The observation group used the SimMan3G clinical comprehensive training curriculum system based on the OBE concept,while the control group used the traditional curriculum system.Compare the theoretical,skill scores,and teaching satisfaction of two groups of students.Result:The theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking,overall score,and skill scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The satisfaction of students with self-learning ability,problem-solving ability,and teamwork ability was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The SimMan3G clinical comprehensive training course based on the OBE concept has shown good results and improved students'clinical comprehensive practical abilities.
