Objective:To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching mode in the teaching of renal damage in rheumatic diseases.Method:Undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups for teaching.The experimental group consists of 41 students and adopts a teaching model of flipped classroom combined with PBL.A control group of 39 students were taught using traditional multimedia teaching methods.The teaching content is renal damage caused by rheumatic diseases.After the teaching is completed,evaluate the teaching effectiveness through testing and questionnaire surveys.Result:The objective question,subjective question,and total score of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of students with various evaluation contents of the flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching mode exceeds 90%.Conclusion:The flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching effect of renal damage in rheumatic diseases and is worth promoting.
