In the context of high-quality development of higher education,establishing an internal quality assurance system in universities is the key to ensuring the quality of talent cultivation.The internal quality assurance system of universities is a closed-loop system with full process management and the participation of all stakeholders.The internal quality assurance system of"two-dimensional and three-level"is based on the main body of talent cultivation,constructing a closed loop of school education quality,professional talent cultivation quality,and curriculum quality,and streamlining the interfaces of quality management work among various departments,teaching units,and grassroots teaching organizations of the school.The article clarifies the responsibility and supervision of talent cultivation quality,establishes an organic collaborative mechanism for talent cultivation quality,and achieves closed-loop quality monitoring of the entire process and process of talent cultivation.Based on this,we will build a school quality culture and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of quality assurance.
