新时代高校大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状与对策分析

摘要
高校是对大学生进行职业规划教育的实施者,是职业生涯规划教育的重要场所.本文通过对新时代高校大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状进行分析,全面厘清当前高校在职业生涯规划教育内容、个性化指导以及校企合作等三个角度面临的问题,从系统化、个性化以及实践化三个维度分别提出建议,以期为更多高校开展职业生涯规划教育提供参考.
Abstract
Universities are implementers of career planning education for college students and important places for career planning education.This article analyzes the current situation of career planning education for college students in the new era,comprehensively clarifying the problems faced by universities from three perspectives:career planning education content,personalized guidance,and school enterprise cooperation.Suggestions are proposed from three dimensions:systematic,personalized,and practical,in order to provide reference for more universities to carry out career planning education.
