摘要
高校实验技术队伍是实验室安全管理、本科实验教学、研究创新和人才培养的骨干力量,直接关系到学校"双万计划"的建设.本文通过调研高校实验技术队伍的实际工作状况、工作期望和队伍建设需求,从岗位设置、培训制度、绩效激励、职称晋升等多个方面探讨建设一支一流实验技术队伍的有效措施,进一步推动"双万计划"背景下高校实验技术队伍的建设.
Abstract
The experimental technical team is the backbone of laboratory safety management,undergraduate experimental teaching,research innovation and talent training,which is directly related to the construction of"Double ten thousand plan"in universities.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper deeply understands the actual working conditions,working expectations and needs of the experimental technical team in universities,and discusses effective measures to build a first-class experimental technical team from the aspects of post setting,training system,performance incentive,title promotion and so on.Further promote the construction of experimental technical team in universities under the background of"Double ten thousand Plan".
