Literature Review and Reflection on Rural School Management under the Background of Rural Teacher Loss
The article takes the issue of rural teacher turnover as the background,searches for relevant domestic literature,analyzes the current situation,background,and reasons of rural teacher turnover based on existing literature,and finds that rural school management is one of the important factors affecting rural teacher turnover.Based on this,explore measures to improve the management mechanism of rural schools,namely:establishing a sense of ownership and adhering to the principle of"people-oriented";Improve the talent appointment system and enhance the leadership of school principals;Improve the internal incentive mechanism of schools to meet the development needs of rural teachers;Create a good and harmonious school atmosphere,and enhance the sense of professional belonging of teachers;Improving the living environment of teachers and enhancing the attractiveness of rural teacher positions can promote more comprehensive management of rural schools,contribute to the revitalization of rural education,and improve the problem of teacher turnover in rural areas.
