Vocational college teachers are the main body and key to the reform of vocational education.Scientific evaluation of the development of vocational college teachers is conducive to the reform and development of vocational education.Developmental evaluation regards teachers as sustainable learners,encouraging them to actively reflect and continuously improve teaching methods,providing students with higher quality education,and meeting the needs of modem lifelong learning.This study used the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weights of developmental evaluation indicators for higher vocational education.Among them,the teaching design ability and ethical standards of teachers are the basic abilities for teacher development.Vocational college managers can provide personalized and targeted training and support for teachers based on quantitative evaluation results,helping them achieve lifelong education development.
