摘要

当今社会具有生活方式多元化、利益多元化的特征,社会思想意识也呈现出元多样多变的特点,单一的教育方式已无法满足新形势下育人的需要.作为高职院校人才培养和教育教学的主体,辅导员和专业课教师肩负的共同责任是共同育人,但目前高职院校教、辅分离现象严重,高职院校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人刻不容缓.文章分析了协同育人背景、意义以及存在的问题,并提出相应策略,以全面提升高职院校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人的硬实力.

Abstract

In today's society,there are characteristics of diversified lifestyles and interests,as well as diverse and ever-changing social ideologies.A single education method can no longer meet the needs of educating people in the new situation.As the main body of talent cultivation and education in vocational colleges,counselors and professional course teachers shoulder the common responsibility of educating people together.However,currently there is a serious phenomenon of separation between teaching and auxiliary in vocational colleges,and it is urgent for vocational college counselors and professional course teachers to collaborate in educating people.The article analyzes the background,significance,and existing problems of collaborative education,and proposes corresponding strategies to comprehensively enhance the hard power of vocational college counselors and professional course teachers in collaborative education.
