As an important life science discipline,the teaching of plant physiology should be combined with professional competence to enhance students'employment competitiveness.This study mainly explores two aspects:course content design and teaching strategies.Firstly,in terms of course content design,conduct a career needs analysis and adjust the course content to highlight knowledge and skills related to employment;Secondly,practical teaching tasks and career case analysis are introduced to cultivate students'practical operation ability,problem-solving ability,and innovation ability.Finally,in terms of teaching strategies,provide career planning guidance,internships,and practical training opportunities to help students understand the dynamics and trends of the job market.The article explores strategies for integrating professional competence into the teaching of"Plant Physiology"course,guided by employment.Combining vocational education with the teaching of plant physiology courses can help students better understand the employment opportunities and development directions in the field of plant physiology,and improve their employment competitiveness and vocational literacy.
