摘要

在半导体、航空航天等新兴产业推动下,智能制造专业先进制造课程的地位越来越重要.为此,文章从教学理念与目标、知识结构和教学实践三个方面,讨论本课程建设与教学实践.课程教学理念以新兴产业发展人才需求为导向,培养学生的创新能力、实践能力和国际化视野.课程知识结构以工程应用和工艺创新为导向,覆盖了超精密切削、激光加工、增材制造等先进制造工艺.课程教学采用问题导向法、创新实践和案例分析法,以半导体芯片制造案例分析为主线,贯穿课程大纲的各个知识点.

Abstract

Driven by emerging industries such as semiconductors and aerospace,the position of advanced manufacturing courses in the field of intelligent manufacturing is becoming increasingly important.Therefore,the article discusses the construction and teaching practice of this course from three aspects:teaching philosophy and objectives,knowledge structure,and teaching practice.The teaching philosophy of the course is guided by the demand for talents in the development of emerging industries,cultivating students'innovation ability,practical ability,and international perspective.The course knowledge structure is guided by engineering applications and process innovation,covering advanced manufacturing processes such as ultra precision cutting,laser processing,and additive manufacturing.The course teaching adopts a problem oriented approach,innovative practice,and case analysis method,with semiconductor chip manufacturing case analysis as the main thread,running through various knowledge points of the course outline.
