摘要

当前,我国大学生职业生涯教育模式无法满足复杂多变的就业形势和学生多元的发展需求,探索并建立校本化生涯教育模式非常重要.文章依托省级就业指导名师工作室,采用行动研究的方法对当前大学生生涯教育模式进行变革,从生涯教育理念、课程组织形式、课程内容、教学形式、评价方式等五个维度进行改革,以期探索出符合校本特色的生涯教育模式,培养全面发展、人格健全的社会主义合格建设者和接班人.

Abstract

At present,the career education model for college students in China cannot meet the complex and ever-changing employment situation and the diverse development needs of students.It is very important to explore and establish a school-based career education model.The article relies on the provincial-level employment guidance teacher studio and adopts the method of action research to reform the current career education model for college students.The reform is carried out from five dimensions:career education concept,curriculum organization form,curriculum content,teaching form,and evaluation method,in order to explore a career education model that conforms to the characteristics of the school,cultivate well-rounded and well-rounded socialist qualified builders and successors.
