郴州某高校在校大学生社会体格焦虑与异常饮食行为的相关性分析

摘要
目的:了解郴州市某高校大学生社会体格焦虑情况及异常饮食情况,为大学生健康饮食提供理论支持.方法:2023年3-7月,采用随机抽样法,对郴州某高校大学生社会体格焦虑情况及异常饮食行为情况进行问卷调查,并分析相关性.结果:社会体格焦虑与异常饮食行为各维度之间均呈两两正相关的关系.结论:应完善大学生心理管理机制,多途径切实降低大学生社会体格焦虑.
Abstract
Objective To understand the social physical anxiety and abnormal diet of college students in Chenzhou city,and to provide theoretical support for the healthy diet of college students.Methods From March to July 2023,random sampling method was used to investigate the social physical anxiety and abnormal eating behavior of college students in Chenzhou,and the correlation was analyzed.Results There was a positive relationship between social physical anxiety and abnormal eating behavior.Conclusion We should improve the psychological management mechanism of college students,and effectively reduce the social physical anxiety of college students in multiple ways.
