Development of a Questionnaire on the Tendency of Professional Moral Behavior of Normal School Students
While teachers'deviant behavior has been effectively managed,some deviant borderline behavior has not been fully paid attention to,and the professional ethical behavior tendency of normal college students is also in the marginal position of the research.Therefore,based on the"Ten Codes of Conduct for Primary and Middle School Teachers in the New era",this study uses the projection test method to develop a questionnaire on the tendency of professional moral behavior of normal school students,the questionnaire was distributed to n undergraduates and postgraduates by random sampling method.The results show that the internal consistency of the questionnaire is high and the differentiation of each item is good.After consulting experts and conducting relevant analysis,some questions were deleted,and finally 11 basic personal information survey questions and 30 situational test questions were formed.
