大学新生心理普查与对策研究——以CUMS为研究工具

目的:为了进一步了解和掌握四川文理学院2022级大一学生的心理健康水平,为有针对性地开展心理健康教育和学生成长发展工作提供理论依据。方法:以线上心理普测的方式,选择6258名新生为对象,采用《中国大学生心理健康筛查量表》(CUMS)进行逐一整体调查。结果:参测学生中筛查出心理异常人数为1450人,占测试总人数的23。2%;不同性别、民族学生的心理健康水平存在显著差异;不同生源地和是否为独生子女的学生之间的心理健康水平不存在显著差异。结论:2022级大一新生的心理健康状况总体良好,性别和民族会对学生的心理健康水平产生影响。
A Study on the Psychological Survey and Countermeasures of College Freshmen——Using CUMS as a research tool
Objective:To further understand and master the mental health level of freshmen in the 2022 cohort of Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences(hereinafter referred to as"our school"),and to provide theoretical basis for targeted psychological health education and student growth and development work.Method:Use online psychological testing to select 6258 new students from our school as the subjects,and conducted a comprehensive survey one by one using the Chinese College Student Mental Health Screening Scale(CUMS).Result:1450 students were screened for psychological abnormalities,accounting for 23.2%of the total test population;There are significant differences in the mental health levels of students of different genders and ethnic groups;There is no significant difference in the mental health level between students from different places of origin and those who are only children.Conclusion:The overall mental health status of2022 freshmen is good,and gender and ethnicity will have an impact on their mental health level.
