人才培养质量评价迫切需要解决评价指标间权重赋值的主观性,以及定量指标与定性评价结果之间的相互转换问题,从而提高人才培养质量评价的客观与准确性。本研究以某省53所学校2020与2021年的就业质量数据为基础,构建了由就业率等8个指标组成的评价指标体系,运用熵权法客观计算评价指标的权重,基于云模型法评定人才培养质量等级。熵权—云模型法的应用减少了人才培养质量评价的主观性,实现了评价指标与评价等级之间的不确定性映射,为科学评价人才培养质量进行了有益探索。
Research on Evaluation of Higher Vocational Talents Training Quality Based on Entropy Weight-Cloud Model
The evaluation of talent cultivation quality urgently needs to address the subjectivity of weight assignment among evaluation indicators,as well as the mutual conversion between quantitative indicators and qualitative evaluation results,in order to improve the objectivity and accuracy of talent cultivation quality evaluation.This study evaluates the employment quality data of 53 schools in a Province in 2020 and 2021,and constructs an evaluation index system composed of 8 indicators such as employment rate.The entropy weight method is used to objectively calculate the weight of the evaluation index,and the cloud model method is used to evaluate the quality level of talent cultivation.The subjectivity of talent cultivation quality evaluation has been reduced by using the method of entropy weight and cloud model,and the uncertainty mapping between evaluation indicators and evaluation levels has been realized,which makes a beneficial exploration for scientific evaluation of talent cultivation quality evaluation.
