Research on the Teaching Reform of Chain Operation Management Professional Courses under the"1+X"Certificate System——Take Jiangsu College of Finance & Accounting as an example
Since 2019,China has been promoting the"1+X"certificate system,which provides unprecedented development space for higher vocational education.The implementation of this system can further improve the quality and level of professional talent cultivation,and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges is urgent.The article takes the chain operation management major of Jiangsu Finance and Accounting Vocational College as an example to explain the problems,practices,and challenges encountered in promoting the pilot work of the"1+X"certificate system.It analyzes from four aspects:system construction,student work,teacher construction,and school enterprise cooperation,and combines the integration of courses and certificates,the construction of practical training scenarios that integrate theory and practice,and the innovation of the dual teacher team in the college's own practical process.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,Intended to provide a strong basis for further promoting the pilot work of the"1+X"certificate system.
