There are several problems in the teaching process of Advanced Financial Management Course.Classroom teaching efficiency is low,course content is dull,students'learning initiative is weak,and the course lacks high-level and innovation.This paper mainly explores the teaching reform plan to solve the above problems from four dimensions:optimizing teaching content,selecting teaching methods,adjusting teaching evaluation,and improving teaching environment.This paper suggests that classroom teaching content should be limited but refined,teaching methods should highlight students'participation,prioritize process assessment,and fully utilize online teaching platforms to improve course teaching quality.
