Research on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of Teacher Teams in Middle Schools in Liangshan Ethnic Areas
The construction of teaching staff is fundamental to the development of basic education in ethnic regions.In order to understand the current situation of teacher team construction in Liangshan Prefecture,the author of the article conducted a questionnaire survey on teachers in four high schools in Puge County.The analysis of the survey results found that there is a shortage of teachers and incomplete subject structure in teacher team construction;Teachers have high work pressure and low willingness to teach;Uneven opportunities and poor effectiveness in teacher training.Therefore,the article proposes to increase the number of teacher positions and cultivate and enrich the teaching staff in a targeted manner;Improve the treatment and social status of rural teachers;Precision training promotes the professional growth of teachers;Continue to establish and make good use of the corresponding assistance system;Strengthening the regulatory function of education and teaching,improving assessment and evaluation mechanisms,and other measures to provide reference for improving the construction of teaching staff in ethnic regions.
