协同理论视域下高校师德建设长效机制构建

新时代高校教师队伍建设始终把师德师风建设置于首位,建立健全高校师德建设长效机制对培养社会主义事业接班人、坚持社会主义大学办学方向及提升高等教育发展水平具有深远意义。文章基于协同理论,从完善师德教育体系、健全师德考核评价体系、构建师德奖惩体系以及全周期师德建设的监督与宣传,探索高校师德建设长效机制的构建路径,落实立德树人根本任务。
Construction of Long-term Mechanism of Teachers'Ethics Cultivation in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Collaborative Theory
In the new period,the cultivation of teachers'ethics was put in the first place during the establishment of college teachers all the time.Construction and improvement of the long-term mechanism for the cultivation of college teachers'ethics is of far-reaching significance for cultivating successors of socialist cause,adhering to the direction of socialist university running and raising the level of higher education.Based on the collaborative theory,this paper explores the construction path of the long-term mechanism of teachers'ethics cultivation in colleges and universities,and implements the fundamental task of cultivating ethics by improving the teachers'ethics education system,perfecting the assessment and evaluation system of teachers'ethics,building the reward and punishment system of teachers'ethics and the supervision and publicity of the whole cycle of teachers'ethics construction.
