In the digital age,digital literacy has become an essential literacy in the teaching of university teachers,which is of great significance for improving digital teaching in universities.Through effective cultivation and evaluation of digital literacy,teachers can improve their digital teaching ability and level,promote the high-quality development and innovation of higher education.The article explores the challenges faced by digital literacy training for university teachers in the digital age and proposes corresponding training strategies:developing comprehensive training plans,providing diverse training forms,participating in practical projects,establishing learning communities and collaborative platforms,providing technical support and consulting services,as well as establishing evaluation and incentive mechanisms.Through these measures,we aim to enhance the digital literacy and digital education application capabilities of university teachers,and promote the rapid development of digital teaching for university teachers.
