The Applied Teaching of Bioinformatics Course Based on PBL Combined CBL Joint Mode
Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary subject,which is characterized by frontiers,comprehensiveness,practicality and application.At present,the traditional teaching mode can no longer meet the needs of curriculum development.Therefore,the combination of problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)is adopted to carry out bioinformatics applied teaching,which not only expands the teaching content,changes the students'learning attitude,but also exercises the students'scientific research thinking,thus achieving the goals of improving teaching objectives and teaching quality has been achieved.
