Objective:To explore the relationship between adult attachment, psychological resilience, and self-differentiation among college students.Method:This study surveyed 433 randomly selected college students using the Intimate Relationship Experience Scale,Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale, and College Student Self Differentiation Scale. Results:Attachment avoidance is significantly negatively correlated with psychological resilience and self-differentiation,attachment anxiety is significantly negatively correlated with psychological resilience and self-differentiation,and psychological resilience is significantly positively correlated with self-differentiation.Attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety can not only directly predict self-differentiation,but also indirectly predict self-differentiation through the mediating effect of psychological resilience. Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between adult attachment, psychological resilience, and self-differentiation among college students, and psychological resilience partially mediates the relationship between adult attachment and self-differentiation.
