摘要
探讨大学生心理健康现状对于加强大学生心理健康教育、提高大学生心理素质具有重要意义.文章基于抽样调查理论,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)心理测评问卷等方式对某高校大学生的心理健康状况进行分析与研究,分别运用简单随机抽样、分层抽样以及整群抽样等统计法,深入探讨不同年级、性别、院系学生之间的心理健康状况,提出加强和促进大学生心理健康的建议.
Abstract
Exploring the current state of mental health among college students is of great significance for strengthening their mental health education and improving their psychological quality.The article is based on the sampling survey theory and uses methods such as the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)psychological assessment questionnaire to analyze and study the mental health status of college students in a certain university.Statistical methods such as simple random sampling,stratified sampling,and cluster sampling are used to deeply explore the mental health status of students of different grades,genders,and departments,and to propose suggestions for strengthening and improving the mental health of college students.
