基于文献计量的中医医院学科建设现状分析

摘要
目的:了解中医医院学科建设现状及发展方向,为中医医院学科建设提供参考.方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、中文科技期刊数据库,应用文献计量学方法对文献进行分析.结果:纳入96篇文献,未形成核心作者群体及研究机构群体,研究机构分布情况与我国目前医疗资源地域分布情况大致吻合,研究热点在重点学科建设和专科建设,突出医院管理与人才建设对学科建设的重要性.结论:目前中医医院对学科建设进行了全方位多样式探索,但参与的广度与深度不足,具有中医特色的学科建设方法不鲜明,仍需要不断实践、自我完善和借鉴经验.
Abstract
Objective:To understand the current situation and development direction of discipline construction in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,and provide reference for discipline construction in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.Method:Computer searches were conducted on China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,and Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,and bibliometric methods were applied to analyze the literature.Result:96 articles were included,but no core author group or research institution group was formed.The distribution of research institutions is roughly consistent with the current regional distribution of medical resources in China.The research hotspots are focused on the construction of key disciplines and specialties,highlighting the importance of hospital management and talent development for scientific construction.Conclusion:Currently,traditional Chinese medicine hospitals have conducted comprehensive and multi style explorations in disciplinary construction,but the breadth and depth of participation are insufficient.The methods of disciplinary construction with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics are not clear,and continuous practice,self-improvement,and reference to experience are still needed.
